We worked closely with Maroun and Rob throughout our search, and what impressed us from the start was how firmly they kept our best interests at the centre of every decision. We progressed into negotiations on multiple properties, but they never drifted from the strategy that was set. When sellers pushed above fair value, Hunter Farmer didn’t hesitate to walk away — and that level of discipline and protection is exactly what we wanted from a buyers‑side advisor. They were focused on the right deal, not just getting a deal done.
We dealt directly with the team the whole way through. No layers, no handoffs, just consistent access to the people actually doing the work. They were always available, always engaged, and genuinely committed to securing the best outcome for me. They guided us through the entire process end‑to‑end, explaining every step and talking through every recommendation in value and data. Their recommendations for the broader teams in the transaction also hit the spot in terms of quality.

I’ve recently gone through my second commercial property purchase, and Hunter Farmer exceeded all my expectations. Maroun and Rob are some of the most genuine operators in the business and always have their clients’ best interests at heart in everything they do.
They turned what can often be a stressful experience into a positive and seamless process. Their expertise, advice, and clear communication were incredibly reassuring throughout the purchase.

Having purchased two residential properties, my wife and I wanted to explore the commercial property market. I’d worked with Maroun previously when purchasing our second residential property, and from the very beginning I felt I was in good hands.
Maroun genuinely valued me as a client, and his values aligned strongly with what I was looking for. At no point did I feel pressured or like Maroun was looking for a quick sale. In fact, Maroun advised us to walk away from a deal when the selling agent became pushy and a few things didn’t add up — which really reinforced the level of trust. For Maroun, it was about building a long-term relationship.
When we were ready to enter the commercial market, there was no hesitation in reaching out to Maroun again. Once more, we were made to feel like a priority, with our best interests clearly front of mind.
What can be an overwhelming process at times was made far more manageable by Maroun and Rob. They kept us informed and comfortable at every stage, took the time to understand our goals, and only presented opportunities they would be confident investing in themselves.
I particularly appreciated the patience shown in answering my many questions and explaining things in a clear, easy-to-understand way. A real highlight was the due diligence meeting — a dedicated session that walked through every aspect of the deal before we were committed. This was incredibly valuable and gave us complete confidence moving forward.
We ultimately secured a new-build commercial property with a long-term lease in place, where the tenant covers all outgoings, including property management fees.

We worked with Maroun and the Hunter Farmer team to source our first commercial property and could not be happier with the experience.
Coming in, we were completely new to commercial property. We had no idea where to begin. Maroun and the team made the whole thing easy to understand from start to finish, explaining each step as we went along and walking us through the pros and cons of every decision. At no point did we ever feel any pressure.

I approached Maroun as I knew he had extensive experience in commercial property with his own investments plus his experience as a buyers agent for many other clients over years. I was looking for a rock solid, defensive industrial property which I could pay down over time and live off in retirement. Maroun & Rob from Hunter Farmer were extremely patient with me and it paid off when we eventually settled on the exact type of property I was looking for. We have been working alongside Hunter Farmer Co-founders Rob and Maroun for several years now and have always found them to be easy to deal with and extremely responsive.
